1.Decide that you are ready to make a change
Are you ready to make a change in your life? Are you ready to put the work in that it takes? We can’t guarantee that it will be easy and that you won’t hit some roadblocks but thats what we are here for. You will learn a lot of information regarding nutrition, fitness and about your body.

2.Fill Out Getting Started Form Below
Once you have filled out the form below we will get in touch with you. We will answer any questions you might have and jump on a call if needed. Then your coach will send you over the payment link and client intake form. This is so that we can get to know you better before starting and get some background history.
3.Schedule a call
Once we receive your client intake form/payment and are able to go through it we will reach out to you with further instructions. We will schedule a time to chat with you so that we can get things going and go over any questions you may have. Keep an eye out on your email and client portal messages.
4. Time to Get Excited
After we chat and get to know you better your coach will send over your first weeks tasks. Time to get to work!
* Apex Nutrition & Fitness requires a minimum commitment of 3 months, though most of our clients choose to stay longer. Are you willing to spend a few hundred dollars per month to make the physical, mental and financial investment in your health and fitness?
