OUR MISSION

Here at Apex Nutrition and Fitness we use an evidence based approach for each client whether thats nutrition or training. With weekly check ins our goal is to ensure we educate all our clients on nutrition and fitness based on their goals. We work with each client individually where everyone will have a different journey. We don’t do quick fixes, skinny teas or detoxes. We are here for the long run and you should be to. Filling our clients toolbox with tools that they can take with them when they no longer need a coach in their corner. Our goal is to teach you everything you need to know to be confident with your health.

“In March of 2019, I was looking to make a health change. I had some health and fitness goals that I just wasn’t able to obtain after continuously trying and I knew that I was putting in the work at the gym and training hard but not seeing the progress that I knew could happen. At that point, I had done Herbalife, Beachbody, online macro plans with a female coach, and the whole 30 eating program. I knew what I should be eating but lacked the knowledge of adequate nutrition for my activity level, as well as accountability. What I liked the most about the guidelines and goals that Reed provided me was that there were no foods “off-limits”. He allowed me to make the food choices I wanted but expected me to hit my allotted macros for the day, every day. His only request was that I was honest with logging my intake and that we would talk about my food choices accordingly. Another thing I liked about the program was having to set my own goals as well as having additional goals set for me each week. The small goals helped me build some great habits that have stuck with me for over a year now. Overall, I lost 7 pounds and several inches. I gained a huge amount of muscle and more importantly, confidence in my overall understanding of nutrition and my own ability to make the best choices for my body. I was also able to accomplish some of the huge fitness goals that I had not previously been able to meet. This included running a half marathon in less than two hours. "My journey started over a year ago where I found myself over 300 pounds and I was at the point where I couldn't stand looking at the man in the mirror.
