  • We know that everyone is different and everyones journey will be different. We are here to build lifelong habits that will be sustainable for the longterm. Thats why we take a customized approach with each client that is tailored to their needs. We will spend the time getting to know each client personally so that we can help you get to your best health.

Whats Included in Nutrition Coaching

  • Client portal where you will log and keep track of your personal journey

  • Initial phone call after receiving initial assessment

  • Informational PDF’s which are located in the resources tab in your client portal (Includes - Getting Started Guide, Carbohydrate, fat, protein, fiber, sleep, hydration)

  • Weekly check ins which can be done via client portal or over the phone - per clients request

  • Access to your coaches phone number for clients needs

  • Informational tools that help guide each clients journey in the right direction

HOW NUTRITION COACHING WILL WORK

  • Once we get to know you better and get everything set up the first week in the client portal we will be able to get started.

  • Everything will be done in our client portal where you will have already made an account and completed your initial assessment.

  • After that your coach will get back to you in the client portal with further steps about your customized coaching plan.

  • Once we get back to you, you will work on what we have suggested for you until your next check in.

  • After you submit your weekly check ins your coach will then go through everything and get back to you with in 48 hours. EACH WEEK.

  • You will be able to communicate with your coach via messaging in the portal with any questions/concerns. Weekly phone calls per clients request.

  • Each client will also have access to our cell numbers where we can be reached when ever our clients need

  • Your coach will guide you on your journey offering any advice or plan to anything you need help with.


* Apex Nutrition & Fitness requires a minimum commitment of 3 months, though most of our clients choose to stay longer. Are you willing to spend a few hundred dollars per month to make the physical, mental and financial investment in your health and fitness?
