COACH EMILY

Emily loves working with all clients but especially those who are looking to living an overall healthy lifestyle. Working with clients who want to better their relationship with food and willing to learn how to create healthy habits.

Having a background working as a Registered Nurse Emily has always loved helping people achieve their goals. Emily has helped many people improve their health as a Nurse and now she will be bringing that into her Nutrition Coaching. Building a sustainable relationship with nutrition is something that you can carry with you lifelong.

My health and fitness journey began about 4 years ago. I did crossfit for 2 years, then started an olympic weightlifting plan and have done that since. This last year I focused on building my strength and olympic weightlifting movements.

COACH REED

Reed loves working with all types of clients and really enjoys coaching athletes. Reeds goal is to teach people that you can eat the amount of food your body needs and how that will improve your performance/health.

Reed began to take a deep dive into nutrition and fitness in college and since then it has been his passion. Reed grew up playing all different sports and ended up playing golf at the collegiate level. Reed has been doing Crossfit competitively for 5 years now after college sports and have competed at numerous competitions. Reed enjoys all sports and the aspects of trying to be your best self.
