  • Are you someone who has a hard time following a program or never know where to start to reach your specific goals in the gym? When you sign up to work with us we can help you design a fitness program tailored to your goals. We work with all types of clients such as those looking to build strength, maintain muscle, do a competition (Crossfit, weightlifting or running), or just exercise to move and be healthy.

WHAT IS A FITNESS PROGRAM

  • We offer customized fitness programs based on your goals

  • Structured programming with linear progressions

  • Accommodate with what equipment you have access to

  • Programing is shaped around what your schedule looks like day to day

  • Includes warmup/strength/conditioning/accessory/cooldowns

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • The programming will be set up in training blocks

  • Your programming will be sent out for 2 weeks at a time via email

  • Customizable for your needs (Example: busy mom working full time, limited access to equipment, busy work schedule with not much free time)

  • Weekly check ins to assess progress and how the program is going

  • Coach Reed will be doing the customizable fitness programming for clients
